The popcorn ceiling was unpopular among some of us because it was difficult to clean and paint. The top would also cast shadows, making the roof appear darker and lower than it is. We should never choose this type of design in our home if we want to avoid having a dark and outdated feature in our room or inside the house.

Keeping Wood Paneling
Wood paneling may have been popular in the 1960s and 1970s, but it may be unappealing in today’s world. We should paint it for a better appearance than getting cheap fake wood paneling, but it’s at least a little more appropriate if we’re lucky enough to have good, genuine wood paneling. You shouldn’t pick this design if you don’t want to look like you’re in the 1970s.
