As long as you have a black marker with you, the world is your oyster. This ‘Speed Bump Ahead’ was on the boring side, so some vandal took it upon themselves to improve it. Truly, it is impressive to see what some people come up with. Before the act of vandalism, it was just another sign that most people would not even bother to really look at. This is no longer the case ever since it transformed into a French man.
