Yokozuna
The first wrestler from the Samoan descent was named Rodney Agatupa Anoaʻi, and he became known as Yokozuna. He is also the only Samoan wrestler to win the WWF World Heavyweight Championship. He had a tragic death at the age of 34, while he was touring Europe. He was found passed out in his hotel room and the assumption was that he died from a heart attack, but in reality, the cause was pulmonary edema.

In the 1990s, William Scott Goldberg, also known as Goldberg, left his mark on the world with his pro wrestling career. From 1997 till 1998 he was undefeated and made his big break to fame. He has been living a great life now with his wife and son and is the owner of a gym in California, which features an amateur boxing facility.
