What everyone started to notice was that Heather Locklear was under a lot of pressure and stress, and it really showed one night while she was driving. She lost control of her vehicle and landed up crashing on the side of the road. She needed a change in her life, but she didn’t realize that it was going to come in this form.

Even though she and Heisser had many fights (who doesn’t, right?), he surprised her with… a proposal! In October 2017 Heisser asked Heather to marry him and she ecstatically said ‘yes’. But it wasn’t any ordinary day for Locklear, he proposed to her on her birthday! A diamond ring far outweighs a card and flowers.
