Now here’s a fun fact. Before Heather Locklear agreed to go out on a date with Tommy Lee, he needed to work to win her over. Apparently Lee phoned Heather’s manager numerous times just to in touch with her. Lee said, “I had called like a million times. I wanted to send her flowers or invite her to something…anything just to talk to her.” Well it worked eventually!

Throughout the 80’s and 90’s, Heather Locklear starred in a string of successful films and shows. Such as Dynasty, T.J. Hooker, Melrose Place, and Spin City. During this time, Locklear had quite a few dates with Hollywood’s leading men – like Scott Baio, Tom Cruise, and Mark Harmon. Although Harmon didn’t have anything nice to say about Locklear, as he referred to her as “an emotional cup of coffee.”
