The Rock
Pretty much everything we could tell you about Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, you already know. Such as, Johnson played college football at the University of Miami before a knee injury ended that career. Moreover he comes from a long line of wrestlers, his grandfather (Peter Maivia) and father (Rocky Johnson). The “People’s Champion” quickly became the face of the WWE as he’s one of the biggest reasons that the industry even stayed relevant into the 21st Century. With 17 championships, the catchphrase master enjoyed a famed career. However what truly propelled Johnson’s career was his acting career – in 2002, he made his first feature film debut with The Scorpion King and the rest is history.
John Cena
In 1999, John Cena entered the wrestling world with Ultimate Pro Wrestling (UPW). By 2002, he was on the main roster for WWE. For the next two years, his rapper character won over audiences on SmackDown!, but since then he’s portrayed the “goody-two shoes Superman”. For most of 2000 to 2010, Cena was the face of the WWE – many called him one of the greatest WWE wrestlers of all time. I mean, he does have 25 championships to his name. Since 2006, Cena has been acting in various Hollywood films but most noteworthy is that he has actually granted the most wishes in Make-A-Wish history – the man has a huge heart.
