Originally bred to keep livestock safe, the Caucasian Ovcharka also goes by the name Caucasian Shepherd. This breed is known to be strong-willed, brave, and assertive. These are all good qualities in a family dog. However, it is of utmost importance to keep them socialized and trained since they still have fierce and sometimes unmanageable tendencies to defend!

Borzoi dogs look just like huge, tender poodles. The friendly and fluffy white giants can be properly socialized and trained, after which they can truly shine as family companions. However, these creatures still tend to be super stubborn. You will have to be patient with it! They are known to play rough and might not realize just how strong they are.
