Beagle
A lot of people don’t realize that these cute little dogs were bred for hunting and letting their owners know when they’ve found prey. As a result, Beagles have a loud bark that can be heard from a fair distance. Not the best for an apartment or around babies and small children. They’re difficult to train since they are very single-minded when on a scent.

Fox Terrier
These high-maintenance dogs have very energetic personalities. Fox Terriers are very reluctant to be trained and are very feisty. So, if you have little kids and aren’t looking to have another energetic element in your household, this breed isn’t the one for you.
