Holes Inside Nose
Roy’s nose had numerous pinprick-sized holes in the interior. As she got closer, she saw that the holes were actually digging into his skin, dispelling her initial suspicion that something had become stuck to his nose. Roy’s tears flowed when she touched him. There was obviously a problem, but what was it?

A Bug
Maybe an insect bit him or got up her baby’s nose. Maybe it had landed on his nose and refused to let go during the night. She had never seen a bug behave this way before. Susan did some research online and found that it wasn’t a bug. Nothing could possibly go wrong anymore.
