As a matter of fact, the official website of the show says that the studio opens at 9 AM. However, “it is not within [the producers’] control as to how early people arrive.” This probably refers to fans who hope to get their hands on standby tickets by waiting outside Warner Bros. early. The taping normally starts at 12:30 PM, so it is not a joke to wait that early in the day.

Members of the audience are not allowed to bring any beverages or snacks into the studio as well. Even though the taping of the show is a long process, ticket holders should avoid getting hungry until the whole thing is over. It is a good thing, however, that food is allowed in the lines outside the lot. On top of that, there are several restaurants near Warner Bros.
