On top of these rules, viewers are also forbidden from donning shorts, t-shirts, and summer hats. If you arrive in a pair of flip-flops, you will be escorted away as well.

After all, the producers scout for people who seem to be excited about going to a taping of The Ellen DeGeneres Show. If the crew thinks that you fit that description, they will bring you to a special spot that they call the “bungalow.”
