One age-old rule that is sometimes broken is the “no shellfish” rule. Shellfish is more dangerous than other food because it has a high chance of causing food poisoning. The Queen herself has broken this rule a number of times including asking for lobster to be prepared for the Obama’s visit.

The Queen used her power to ban garlic. She just hates it! She also avoids other foods like onion, pasta, and rare meat. She banned garlic for the entire family so they won’t have bad breath during interviews and when they are talking with people.
