Nicholas Parsons

The broadcasting legend, Nicholas Parsons was hailed for his quick wit, professionalism, and kindness. He was most famous for the radio game show, Just a Minute, which he’d hosted since it came to be in 1967. The 96-year-old was a TV veteran, as well as a radio and theater pro. His career in the entertainment industry spanned over 60 years. On January 28th, 2020, the long-time entertainer passed away from a short illness.

Terry Jones

Terry Jones was most famous for his role as Brian’s mother in Monty Python’s Life Of Brian. He delivered one of the most famous lines in the 1979 comedy: “He’s not the Messiah – he’s a very naughty boy!”. In this movie, Terry actually played several characters and acted as a director as well. The movie was very controversial at the time since it was religious satire. At age 77, the actor died after fighting “a long, extremely brave but always good-humored battle with a rare form of dementia” according to his family.
