Dwight D. Eisenhower

Dwight D. Eisenhower is yet another U.S. president who was a cheerleader. However, he wasn’t just a cheerleader. He was a boy of many skills. While attending West Point college, he initially began on the football team after not making the baseball team. But he had to quit the team due to an injury he got on the field. He then re-injured the same knee on horseback and in the boxing ring, so he turned to fencing and gymnastics. Later, he served as a junior varsity football coach and cheerleader.

Brooke Shields

Despite the fact that Brooke Shields gained worldwide recognition early in life, she stayed in school to finish her education rather than getting home-schooled. In fact, Brooke was a model student who only scored A’s and B’s. When she shot the movie Endless Love, production was shut down twice by the director so she could take her school exams. As if that wasn’t enough, Brooke was a dedicated cheerleader as well.
