Sela Ward
Before she became an actress, author, and producer, Sela Ward was a cheerleader at University. She cheered for the Crimson Tide football team of the University of Alabama. Once she graduated and earned her fine arts and advertising degree, she decided to pursue an acting career. She had her big break by playing the role of Teddy Reed in the famous NBC series, Sisters. She went on to win an Emmy for her performance in the role.
Calista Flockhart
From an early age, Calista Flockhart was used to being in the spotlight. Back when she attended Shawnee High School in New Jersey, she was a cheerleader. In the ’80s, she attended the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. There, she met a fellow actress, Jane Krakowski. The two ended up starring together in Ally McBeal later on before going their separate ways. They both had incredibly successful careers as actresses.
