On October 28, 2013, he took the stand at Kennebec County Superior Court half a year after his first arrest. He had 13 charges of burglary and theft, and he pleaded guilty to all of them. He landed a jail sentence of seven months and later served them. Apparently, he already served much of it during his time in custody. It was also mandatory for him to attend a program for people with mental health problems, spend three years on probation, and abstain from any alcohol.
