On this normal day, one car took his attention while he was monitoring the Kingwood Township Highway. It was a pleasant and average day in June when he stopped a white BMW. The driver was not speeding or driving dangerously, however, his windows were dark, which is illegal.

Tinted windows are a common thing but the line is drawn when someone exceeds the limit. The rule is that another person must be able to see through the windows. Michael was concerned when he noticed that these windows were too dark and he decided to pull the car over.
