Karen and Bobby were glad to see Officer Matthew Bailly. Dispatch sent him over since he had been clos to Poe Place. There was no time to waste since Karen had to give birth. This happened in just a matter of minutes since he got the dispatch! Do we even need to explain that it was a strange work day for him?

Officer Bailly had emergency reaction experience, so he only had to keep his cool. He was no medical personnel or obstetrician, so he had the doctor on the phone to help him. This was the first time he ever did this, but he was able to carry it out successfully. In the end, Karen gave birth to a healthy baby boy!
