Michael got out of the car to talk to the driver and left his lights on. He was a nice fellow who always treated everyone in a friendly manner. He and the driver started to talk. As you can imagine, the driver of the BMW felt upset that he was pulled over. As far as he knew, he did not go over the speed limit. He was shocked when he found out that Michael wanted to talk about the window tint of his car. Apparently, this man should have known better than anyone that it was illegal.
