What do you think? The UAE, which is the United Arab Emirates, must be filled with Arabs, no? Well here’s the fact – 13% of the population is actually Arab, even though it still has a Muslim majority. But the truth is that because there are a lot of foreigners there (mostly Pakistanis and Bangladeshis) the Arab population is lower than expected.

The UAE is remarkable in that it welcomes a huge amount of tourists per year. In 2009 the country saw a mass visiting meaning that they were the 7th most popular tourist destination that year based on the numbers.
