The Queen is not only a wife, mother, and grandmother but also a sister and an aunt. King George VI had only two children: Elizabeth, the older, and Margaret, the younger. And even though Margaret has now, tragically, died, two of her daughters, David and Sarah, had survived. The niece and nephew of the Queen are 20th and 23rd in line for the thrones, in that order.

There are eight grandchildren of the Queen and Prince Philip in total, although some are better known than others. Prince William, second on the throne, is known all over the world, and Prince Harry, his younger brother, is just as famous. Prince Harry had been third in line up until recent years. The other grandchildren of the Queen are Peter Phillips and Zara Tindall, children of Princess Anne; Lady Louise Windsor and James Viscount Severns, children of Prince Edward; and Princess Beatrice of York and Princess Eugenie of York, daughters of Prince Andrew.
