It is not surprising to hear that a lot of plastic surgery clients request the way Britney Spears looks. In the MTV program called I Want A Famous Face, an office worker called Crystal U always wanted to look like the pop star. She spent about $25k for a nose job, fat grafts, lip injections, and breast implants. She hoped that doing these things will help her achieve her dream of becoming a stripper or an Anaheim Angels Strike Force. We have no idea if she made either of these come true, however.
