While Derek Jeter had his farewell tour, MLB teams paid tribute to him with plenty of gifts. At the time, the shortstop was making sure to thank the New York Yankees fans for coming to the games. During one game against the St. Louis Cardinals, Jeter threw a young fan in the crowd a baseball. Of course, the kid was thrilled. A young Cardinals fan then came up to him to give him a high five.
