Meg Ryan’s Highlighted Shag
You might say that Meg Ryan’s highlight shag is an evolved version of “The Rachel”. Women everywhere were sporting shaggy layers with pale highlights, all thanks to Meg Ryan. Ryan’s famous cut is due to the work of celebrity hairstylist Sally Hershberger, all she needed to create the look was some well-placed razored layers.
