2007: Prince
After the Janet Jackson slip-up, many were surprised to find Prince on stage. The musician was known for his risqué dance moves and lyrics, but they made the right choice to feature him. He delivered a powerful performance with “Let’s Go Crazy”, “Proud Mary”, “1999”, and the Jimi Hendrix song “All Along the Watchtower”.
