3. Filling In Holes With Crayon
This trick takes us back to college days. Pick a crayon that closely matches the color of your wall and you are set to go. The idea is to color in your wall, coloring for adults. Using pressure as you color over the hole you will start to notice it will be filled and will blend into the wall rather nicely. Simply rub the crayon over nail holes or any small damages.
4. Use Tape To Ensure Your Edges Are Even And Straight
For those that have tried to caulk their own skirtings and edges, you can identify with the challenges of getting it perfectly even and symmetrical, keeping it straight and tidy is super hard. Well, next time you venture into the caulking world simply pick up some builders tape and put it under the necessary area as straight as you can. Be sure to remove the tape as soon after you have finished with the caulk so that it is still wet. If you remove the tape once the caulk has dried it may break or chip at the work you have done.
