5. Using A Potato To Change A Lightbulb
Changing a broken or crushed lightbulb is certainly a big challenge, especially whilst the bulb is still in its socket. Well, this is the trick to prevent any injuries or cuts from occurring. Simply slice your potato in half and using the soft side push it into the socket turning it round and round. The broken glass will catch and bury itself in the potato. Please ensure your power is off when doing this and war gloves just to be extra careful from getting glass in your hands.
6. Rubber Bands Can Help Remove Screws
Rubber bands can eat extra friction when coming into contact with metal, this will create an easier release especially with stripped screws that are proving to be tough. Using the rubber band put it over the top of the screw and then use your screwdriver to attempt to remove the stubborn old screw. This should ease the process and allow it to free easily.
