Using Elastic Bands and Screws
During your DIY projects, you’ve almost certainly come across a particularly stubborn screw — the one that refuses to loosen despite your best efforts with every tool and lubricant known to man.
This can be remedied by placing an elastic band on the screw’s surface. The rubber will give the screwdriver more force and grip, allowing it to loosen the screw from its original location. This method also works with screws that have been worn down a lot.
Fast Flushing Toilet
There could be a problem with the water pressure if it takes more than one flush of the toilet to complete the task. A lack of pressure can prevent the tank from quickly refilling with water, causing people to wait.
Locating the water valve behind the toilet, on the other hand, is a very simple fix. Turn the valve counterclockwise until your hand comes to a complete stop and it becomes fully ‘on.’ Even a partially closed water valve can affect how quickly the tank fills!
