Cleaning Grout to Perfection
Cleaning grout is one of those jobs that you put off until the floors are too filthy to continue. Rather than going to the store and purchasing an expensive grout cleaner, you can make your own with ingredients you already have in your pantry.
To make a homemade grout cleaner, make a paste with bicarbonate of soda and water. Scrub the grout with an old toothbrush after that. Then, to make the bicarbonate paste bubble, spray it with vinegar. It should look brand new after rinsing.
Aluminum Foil and Gloves
This is a simple DIY project that will simplify your life. If you need to use your phone but don’t want to expose your warm and toasty hands to the cold winter air, this could be the hack for you!
Though you could spend your money on touchscreen-friendly gloves, aluminum foil is a less expensive alternative. Wrap the foil around the fingers you’ll be using to operate your phone, and you’ll be good to go!
