Stuck Light Bulb
When light bulbs are left in their sockets for too long, they can become stuck. This makes removing them more difficult, but not impossible. Though there are a few options, one of them is to use the ever-reliable duct tape.
Press a foot-long piece of duct tape into the bulb’s center. Each end should be folded in half and taped to itself. Take each side of the duct tape and twist it counterclockwise.

Frame Rot
No matter where it appears in the home, wood rot can be a major problem. But if it’s in a window frame, it’s even more of a concern because it could affect the home’s heating bills.
However, you do not need to replace the entire window frame; you can easily repair the wood rot. You’ll need to get some epoxy and paint a coat on the rotted area.
