When the gate eventually opened, a line immediately formed. Maria was in the middle of the queue when she heard many sighs coming from behind her. People near the back of the queue were making people tense. It appeared that one of the guests’ boarding credentials had a problem.

It was the girl, who was roughly Maria’s age. When her boarding pass failed, she yelled at the employees. Before the situation was handled and the girl passed through the gate, Maria’s prophecies came close to coming true. The line started to move once more, but the wait was still ongoing.
