After another ten minutes of waiting in line, Maria was finally allowed to board the aircraft. She zigzagged through individuals who were getting ready to sit while pulling her cart along after her. She could see the girl she didn’t like as she counted the seats. She intended to be seated far away, but she wound up being out of position.
