Plastic water bottle
An easy way to separate egg yolks from egg whites is to use a plastic water bottle. Get an empty bottle and then squeeze it. Slowly release the pressure directly over the egg yolk. This will suck the yolk into the bottle and hold it there. From there, simply press the bottle over the bowl you want to put the egg yolk in.
