Louisiana — John Curtis Christian High School
J.T. Curtis, the son of the school founder, is the only coach in the school history to have won a state title, but he got 25 of them! In 2019, he entered his 51st season with the John Curtis Christian High. In 2013, they were supposed to have one more title, but this got stripped when it was discovered that there was an ineligible player on the team. The greatest player of the school might be Joe McKnight, who was on the 2004 to 2006 teams.
Kentucky — Louisville Trinity High School
In 2011, Louisville Trinity High coach Bob Beatty was dubbed the USA Today Coach of the Year. He won 13 state titles in 18 seasons! The 50-game win streak of the Shamrocks from 1988 to 1991 is the lengthiest in Kentucky history. The school won its first state title in 1967, and there has never been a decade in which they did not add one more championship to their name. The longest gap was 7 years.
