Georgia — Valdosta High School
Six of its state championship teams have earned national titles as well: 1962, 1969, 1971, 1984, 1988, and 1992. With its 24 state championships, Valdosta High claims that it is the winningest high school football program the U.S. has ever seen. It won the ESPN “Titletown USA” contest back in 2008 as the city in the U.S. with the best relationship with its homegrown title-winning team.
Ohio — Saint Ignatius High School
Saint Ignatius High School grad Chuck Kyle had been the head coach of the team for all of its 11 state titles. This is still 13 behind Massillon High, however. However, the Ohio leader has not won a state title ever since 1972, which was the first year that Ohio started the playoff system. Meanwhile, Saint Ignatius has brought home all the titles ever since.
