In 2015, on Father’s Day, Oliver posted a childhood photo with this saddening caption, “Happy abandonment day”. Most people assumed he was talking about his dad. Bill later spoke to the Daily Mail and explained that his ex-wife had “poisoned’ his children to hate him. He’d said that he tried maintaining a relationship with the kids after the divorce, but Goldie made it practically impossible once Kurt was in the picture.
