Apparently, Flora grew up in Yonkers, New York and one of her favorite lines to say to people was ‘none of your business’. Sullivan County Undersheriff Eric Chaboty explained, “It’s a neat feeling [to find someone]. The main thing is we know that Flora is safe.”
