Metta World Peace, who used to go by Ron Artest, was a physically skilled athlete. He went from an All-Star scorer into a defense-minded player. If we ignore the ‘Malice at the Palace’ ordeal, you will see that his career had been great. He is now in a different chapter of his life and has dipped his toes into other fields. He has helped develop Ron Artest III, his son, into a basketball player at Cal State Northridge. He has appeared on a bunch of reality TV shows as well! The Artest Management Group, his company, helps fellow athletes build their own brand with the help of marketing platforms. He has also become an advocate for mental health issues.

Alex English is an underrated 8-time All-Star player. People seem to forget that he averaged more than 21 PPG over the course of his career. The three-time All-NBA Second Team player even led the NBA in terms of scores in the 1983 season. Now retired, he has a rather colorful life. He appeared in a number of films, which include the 1996 film Eddie. He portrayed the Cleveland Cavaliers head coach in the movie! He has also hosted basketball camps for underprivileged kids in other countries. This South California native recently started working as an on-camera basketball analyst for SEC Network.
