However, the authorities still need to do something to decrease the number of people suffering from obesity. Arizona had many heavy Mexican types of foods. It was the reason why the residents were experiencing obesity.

Honorable Mention: Oregon – 29.4% Obesity Rate

Oregon was famous for its amazing outdoors and was the reason everyone was shocked that it had a higher obesity rate compared to its neighboring states. And even though Oregon had tried its best to flatten the curve, the state could not decrease the percentage. But still, the state was doing its best, and the health promotion manager released a statement, “We’ve been able to stay pretty flat, which was our intention given the resources that we have to address obesity.”
