The Struggle Within
It may not look obvious, but Nadya has had plenty of emotionally and physically tough times and she has ongoing battle with pain, which is the result of carrying her octuplets to nearly term. Looking at her, you would not think that she has had four ruptured lumbar spine discs, and has bilateral sciatica, irreparable sacral damage, and peripheral neurophathy. To fight the pain caused by her pregnancy-induced injuries, she climbs 10 miles daily on a stair master machine rather than using a treadmill. She also goes to a gym exclusively for women because she has suffered from severe social anxiety ever since she was young. She shared this snap to thank the people that gave her workout clothes (they noticed Nadya couldn’t afford to buy herself new ones).
Young Natalie
Nadya shared this throwback photo on her social media pages and you can see that it shows cute little Nadya sporting a messy clown costume with some smeared lipstick for Halloween in 1978. She may have changed her name, but that doesn’t mean she would also like to forget her history or erase it. Actually, she would just like to let go of her Octomom persona – the thing that almost destroyed everything she values. She has been proving to everyone that she is a great mom to all her fourteen children, which we imagine is not easy to do.
