Cat Lover
Prior to Nadya having her own kids, she expressed her motherly nature to a cat while she was growing up. She was a mother to over twelve cats, but one stole her heart – Boots. This photo taken in 1975 shows Nadya as a toddler and her cat Boots. Her children love this photo, especially her daughter Calyssa who loves cats as well, and they couldn’t believe how fat the cat was, that it weighed over 50 pounds and that it would drag her belly on the ground when she walked.

Throwback Picture
This picture was taken in Germany in the ‘80s and shows a two-year-old Nadya, looking a lot like her son Caleb. Some of her kids are fair while others have a darker complexion but this amazing throwback photo could explain why. Nadya loves showing these lovely photographs from her past since they help her become more appreciative of her family. Raising 14 kids is surely not easy, but she knows how to be always positive – by appreciating the blessings that comes her way every day.
