Too Much
Even though there were still those who supported Nadya, she eventually reached a point where the media attention and exposure was too much for her. Her original goal of controlling the story seemed too far away, so she decided to make a bold move and open up about the struggles she is facing. In an interview with People magazine, she reacted to the caricatures about her. “I don’t get much sleep, about two or three hours a night. But I’m continuing to move forward with my life and trying to be the best mother I can be,” she commented, though her attitude towards the attention she received made people still skeptical about her.

Even though years had passed since she had given birth, people still speculated about Nadya Suleman and despite many in America adoring the Suleman family, Nadya’s critics kept sharing their skeptical remarks and did not back down. Unfortunately, this started to affect her ability to raise the children and there were even reports of her grim situation. Nadya might have been at a very low point in her life since she still felt alone despite having 14 children. Since she was struggling to raise her 14 kids, she accepted welfare but what she didn’t know was that she would have to face another obstacle that even government assistance would not be able to handle.
