They came up with a figure that was even higher than what they initially thought, which meant profit for the company, and they were pleased.

The real estate duo have sold other houses in the neighborhood which fetched them impressive prices. Nevertheless, they did not know at the time how much they could actually get for Joyce’s house. After the sisters did the calculations, they came up with an estimated value of the property – a whopping $968,000.
