All in all, the low-cut tiered dress deserves the spotlight it got.

Billie Eilish has her own signature style and it is oversized designer ensembles. It’s a look she’s made her own by incorporating her favorite color – neon green – into her red carpet outfits more often than not. While the Grammys took place before COVID reached the U.S., it seems Billie was ahead of the game. She wore a Gucci suit with neon green accents and a black sheer mask along with shades.
