Well, he tried. We’ll give him that. However, he clearly got tired and just gave up. He should have looked for a new spot or tried harder, but he must have been exhausted. He took the easy way out instead.

We do not know about this one. Did the guy have zero empathy for disabled drivers? Maybe he failed to realize that it is a handicapped spot per car and not the whole section. This person needs to get towed!
