The Battle Of The Bulge (1965)

This 1965 film by Warner Bros. depicts the legendary Battle of the Bulge, which took place in 1945. The movie failed to get the tanks properly in terms of historical inaccuracy. They not only screwed up the Axis and Allied forces’ equipment and tanks, but they also fouled up the maneuvers. You’ll note that the tanks go through flat terrain that isn’t blanketed with snow if you watch the movie. You’ll believe it was a beautiful summer day! The truth was that they had been making their way across the Ardennes’ challenging terrain in the winter.

Dunkirk (2017)

While Dunkirk received a lot of plaudits and honors, historical facts show that it was not particularly fateful. Unfortunately, filmmaker Christopher Nolan fails to avoid a slew of problems. Kenneth Branagh’s portrayal was panned because he appeared to be a composite figure. People were skeptical that he could conduct the evacuation on his own while reclining on the ship’s edge. Apart from that, the film underplayed the significance of African, Indian, and French soldiers.
