A Tragic Death
Around the time of Diana and Charles’ divorce, the press and media was following Diana around everywhere she went. On August 31, 1997, the car Diana had been riding in slammed into a pillar in the Pont de l’Alma tunnel in Paris. She passed away from the result of her internal injuries.
