It seemed like the presence of the “No Parking” sign was ignored by the people living there because even though the parking slots were already reserved for the people involved in the construction project, other people still took the slots. It was revealed that the people who insisted on parking in the reserved slots were parents of students studying in a school nearby – they parked there as they waited for their children’s dismissal from their classes.
