Dan was certain that he could win the case because Diggy’s breed, American bulldog, is not what it appears to be (pit bull), despite what the officers may have said upon surveying the dog. On Dan’s social media page, he said, “My lawyer and I are going to do everything possible to make sure Diggy stays in his home with us, his family.” He added, “Thanks for all of your support, guys. I’m not a quitter.”
