Odd Reasons
In reality, however, this would never occur. After three weeks, Benji’s new owners returned him to the shelter. Benji, happy and enthusiastic, had followed his father when he arrived alone. The men provided only a vague explanation for why they were returning Benji, which was obviously an excuse. Clearly, he had formed a bond with the men, but he had no idea that it would be his last time seeing them. Perhaps it was because the situation had lasted too long, but something wasn’t working out. Given what the shelter knew about the family, the request was absurd.
It Wouldn’t Stop Happening
Nevertheless, the shelter chose not to go too far at that time. If Benji’s family was unable to care for him, he would have been better off living with someone else. And there was no doubt that he would soon be adopted by a loving family. Is there any other possible explanation except a rare accident? This turned out to be absolutely normal in every way. Something is causing it to occur repeatedly. Benji was adopted numerous times, but he was always returned to the shelter within less than two weeks and adopted again.
